Came out promptly was advised of time etc& inspection carried out and informed of what was needed priced work carried out there and then . Pricey but what can you do.

I was hoping for a repair but the fitter advised that, with the age and condition of the door and mechanism, he couldn t be sure that a similar problem wouldn t arise. A very pleasant, polite guy who cut the cables, lowered the previously stuck door, and made the garage secure for me. Spoke to a lady to order the door and, about 10 minutes later, a gentleman from the office called to arrange installation for late this Friday morning. Swift, efficient service. We have lived at the property for 10 years, so garage door was obviously older than that.
Paul came to see me the same day I rang for help. He fixed the problem in a short time and from chatting I knew he had many years experience working with roller doors etc. I d use the company again, if necessary, as the service was good & they gave a price there and then so I knew what it was going to cost straight away.
An absolutely amazing outstanding service from start to finish, booking an appointment made very easy to a phone call to let engineer is on route to peters assessment no hard sell no call out charge. My electric garage door stuck half shut. I called Garage Doors Fixed, an hour later had a call back saying the team were an hour away, fixed, paid and done an dusted in an hour from arriving. Friendly, polite and easy to work with. I can't thank the team enough.
Quick, polite & helpful. Only found site yesterday, booked 10-2 appointment for today & got a phone call 1 hour before checking I'm available & giving me name of engineer. Engineer turned up, lovely guy. Got in quick, told me what's wrong & office quoted & repaired all within 1 hour. Excellent service & Peter a lovely guy
The cable of our door had twisted over the spool. They weren t able to fix it due to it having rusted through, but they came out the following day and fitted a new door. The service was quick and reliable and the door fitted is of good quality. Standard of workmanship is also good.
